This listing should be provided to Contract Postal Units and used by acceptance clerks in non-POS locations without intranet access to validate a USPS Corporate Account (USPSCA) number online. For all other locations, online USPSCA validation is preferred. The online validation process is outlined in the USPSCA Validation SOP on the Retail webpage. This list supersedes all previous notices, which must be recycled. Acceptance clerks must not accept Priority Mail Express™ shipments bearing an invalid USPSCA number in the “Payment by Account” or “Agreement Number” section of the label or form.
Note: The first 6 digits of a 9-digit Custom Designed Service and Next Day Pickup Agreement make up the Corporate Account Number.
