DMM Revision: Clarification of Postage Payment Information for Mail to Military Post Offices

Effective May 31, 2015, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) 703.2.7.1 to clarify standards that apply to bulk and commercial mail sent to Military Post Offices (MPOs).

This clarification is provided to ensure that all individually addressed bulk and commercial mailpieces sent to APO/FPO and DPO destinations have appropriate domestic postage applied.
