In February, the Postal Service™ published four Postal Bulletin articles revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) with information regarding an international price change that was scheduled to be implemented on April 26, 2015.
However, the implementation date of that international price change is delayed until May 31, 2015.
Consequently, we are revising the effective date of the following four previously published articles to May 31, 2015 (all the rest of the information in each article remains the same):
n “IMM Revision: Changes to Pricing and Mailing Standards for International Shipping Services” in Postal Bulletin 22408 (2-5-15, pages 7–12).
n “IMM Revision: Burma (Myanmar), Kiribati, and Sao Tome and Principe Establish Priority Mail Express International Service” in Postal Bulletin 22408 (2-5-15, pages 12–15).
n “IMM Revision: Country Listings Name Changes” in Postal Bulletin 22408 (2-5-15, pages 15–17).
n “IMM Revision: International Merchandise Insurance Limits for Three Countries” in Postal Bulletin 22409 (2-19-15, pages 4–5).
We will incorporate the information in each of those articles into the May 31, 2015, edition of the IMM. The IMM is available online via Postal Explorer® at http://pe.usps.com.
