Effective November 2, 2015, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 604.4.3, to indicate that the postage value must be displayed in dollars and cents, such as $0.49.
Displaying the postage value in the proper format allows for timely delivery and supports revenue protection and reporting.
