Mailing and Shipping

Premium Forwarding Service Commercial Enrollment Goes Online

Enrollment in Premium Forwarding Service Commercial® (PFSC) has become much more efficient, with online requests superseding written letters to Postmasters.

The Domestic Mail Manual now requires companies to submit PFSC requests online via the Business Customer Gateway at https:⁄⁄gateway.usps.com⁄eAdmin⁄view⁄signin. Business mailers must link their Electronic Verification System (eVS) Permit to a Centralized Account Processing System (CAPS) account. USPS® Corporate Accounts can no longer be used for payment.

Participation in PFSC requires an annual application fee and the cost of postage for each forwarded shipment. Commercial mailers using PFSC can make requests to collect their mail from business street addresses or business Post Office™ boxes and forward it to a single domestic address using Priority Mail® or Priority Mail Express® service.

Mailers will receive email notifications with USPS Tracking® information for PFSC containers or when there is no mail available to forward.
