New Schindler Dashboard Mobile App for Service Customers

The U.S. Postal Service® has a national contract with Schindler Elevator to facilitate preventative maintenance and minor repairs under $25,000 to vertical transportation equipment (elevators, escalators, wheelchair lifts, etc.). USPS® sites that are currently under contract with Schindler Elevator may need to know the status of their elevators. The app described below is useful for quickly reviewing the current status of USPS elevators and the maintenance performed on them. All USPS sites currently under contract who have access to the Schindler Scorecard will have access to this phone app. To download the app, sign up using the instructions and link below.

Schindler Dashboard Mobile, a new app for service customers, is now available for iOS and Android users! The app can be found in the Apple App store and at Google Play.

Schindler Dashboard Mobile puts all of the critical elements of Schindler’s online tool right in the palm of your hands. You can instantly:

n Check the operational status of your elevators or escalators;

n Make service requests; and

n Keep up-to-date via automatic push notifications.
