“Race to the Finish” is a race-themed recognition program designed to create competition and excitement, increase Business Connect (BC) participation, and encourage qualifying BC participants to enter quality activities into Panorama for Quarter 4 of FY 2016. This promotion runs from July 1, 2017, through September 30, 2017.
Qualifying participants include:
n Postmasters;
n Manager, Customer Service; and
n Supervisors, Customer Service.
Qualifying participants will be evaluated based on at least two activities with two qualifying products per week. All activities must be logged into the BC Portal and must be original “Quality Activities” (any duplicates will be excluded). Race weeks run from Saturday, 12:00 a.m., through Friday, 11:59 p.m.
Qualifying products include:
n Priority Mail® and Priority Mail Express® (domestic and International);
n Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM®);
n First-Class Mail®;
n First-Class Mail Parcels;
n International Mail;
n Standard Mail®; and
n Parcels⁄Packages.
Up to 10 Winner’s Circle Kits (contents may vary) will be awarded each week during Quarter 4 (July 1–September 30) to the top 10 qualifying BC performers. Participants can win more than once — check out the Winner’s Circle for Week 5.
One Winner’s Circle Kit per winner per week includes:
n USPS® branded premiums and promotional items;
n Special gift cards and “Thank You” items; and
n A special recognition letter for each winner.
