Effective October 3, 2016, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 705.2.3.3, to provide Publication 401, Guide to the Manifest Mailing System, as the source for the Manifest Mailing System keyline price category abbreviations.
Although this revision will not be published in the DMM until October 3, 2016, these standards are effective immediately.
