IMM Revision: Suspension of Priority Mail Express International with Money-Back Guarantee Service to Germany

Effective August 19, 2016, the Postal Service™ suspended Priority Mail Express International® with Money-Back Guarantee service to Germany.

The Postal Service is removing Germany from the list of countries in the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), section 221.2, that receive Priority Mail Express International with Money-Back Guarantee service, and we are updating Germany’s Individual Country Listing to remove the Priority Mail Express International with Money-Back Guarantee option.

Customers may continue to send Priority Mail Express International items to Germany.

Although effective on August 19, 2016, we will incorporate the following revisions into the next online IMM, scheduled for October 3, 2016.
