For the following articles “Stamp Announcement 16-13: World Stamp Show NY-2016 Folio,” in Postal Bulletin 22440 (4-28-16, page 21), and “Stamp Announcement 16-18: Classics Forever Stamps,” in Postal Bulletin 22440 (4-28-16, page 51), the following information has been updated:
The World Stamp Show NY-2016 Folio of 24 Forever® PSA stamps (586900), and Classics Forever Souvenir Sheet of six Forever PSA stamps (586800), are available for purchase at Postal Retail Units (PRUs). Both stamp issues are currently available to PRUs through SFS Web. The World Stamp Show NY-2016 Folio and the Classics Forever Souvenir Sheet must be ordered and sold in full format only. They cannot be split and may not be sold individually.
