ELM Revision: Elimination of Ideas Program

Effective October 27, 2016, the Postal Service™ is revising the Employee and Labor Relations Manual (ELM) to eliminate subchapter 630, Ideas Program. Compensation is in the process of deploying a new collaborative employee idea application; additional information will be shared with employees in the near future.
