eIWS Online Forms (OLF) is a new web-based application launched to replace the manual completion and submission of certain Postal Service™ forms that are processed by Accounting Services.
The following forms must be submitted through OLF:
n PS 1011, Travel Advance Request and Itinerary Schedule.
n PS 1164-A, Claim for Reimbursement for Postal Supervisors.
n PS 1221, Advanced Sick Leave Authorization.
n PS 1839, Payment Record for Carrier Drive Out Agreements.
n PS 1902, Justification for Billing Accounts Receivable.
n PS 2240, Pay Leave or Other Hours Adjustment Request.
n PS 2240-R, Rural Pay or Leave Adjustment Request for PS Form 1314.
n PS 2240-RA, Rural Pay or Leave Adjustment Request for PS Form 1314-A.
n PS 2551, Non-Goods and Non-Services, Payment Authorization.
n PS 3239, Payroll Deduction Authorization to Liquidate Postal Service Indebtedness.
n PS 3533, Application for Refunds of Fees, Products and Withdrawal of Customer Accounts.
n PS 8127, Rural Carrier Supplemental Payment.
n PS 8231, Vendor Payment 1099 Reporting Form.
