Supply Management Investment Recovery: Cathode Ray Tube Moratorium Lifted Last year, we halted all dispatch of Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) material to the Topeka Material Distribution Center (TMDC) due to a severe backup. You can now send those items again to the TMDC. A new contract exists to handle the CRT items and get them dispatched weekly. This release also includes microwave ovens. Since these items ship to a different supplier, you must dispatch them in separate rolling stock from the normal items going to the TMDC.
