Effective May 25, 2017, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), section 252.2, concerning Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation™ International service (E-USPS DELCON INTL™).
The Postal Service is making E-USPS DELCON INTL service available to additional countries, as well as reinstituting service to countries that had service temporarily suspended as announced in the article titled “IMM Revision: Temporary Suspension of Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International Service to Various Countries” in Postal Bulletin 22391 (6-12-14), pages 46-48.

Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service — abbreviated E-USPS DELCON INTL — is a service available for First-Class Package International Service items to select destination countries at no charge. Tracking information includes the date and time an article was delivered or, if delivery was attempted but not completed, the date and time of the delivery attempt. The sender can check delivery status by going to usps.com and clicking on Track Package.
