Military Mail

Military Mail Restrictions Change

Effective July 20, 2017, the Postal Service™ will add Restriction C2 to the “Restrictions” page for “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail” to indicate that E-cigarettes and related products (e.g., nicotine liquids, e-liquids, parts, or supplies) are prohibited in the mail addressed to specified military and diplomatic ZIP Codes™ overseas.

We will publish Restriction C2 on the “Restrictions” page in Postal Bulletin 22472 (7-20-17) for “Overseas Military/Diplomatic Mail.”
