Effective September 14, 2017, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Individual Country Listings (ICLs) for the Netherlands and for Switzerland.
Both Netherlands Post and Swiss Post have clarified to the United States Postal Service® that customers may mail cremated human remains to their respective countries.
