Effective November 16, 2017, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), section 207.15.2, to clarify guidelines for a Periodicals mailing with a USPS Marketing Mail™ Ride-Along.
Although we will not publish this clarification in the DMM until November 16, 2017, this standard is effective immediately.
