DMM Revision: Domestic Competitive Products Pricing and Mailing Standards Changes

Effective January 21, 2018, the Postal Service will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®), to reflect changes to prices for the following competitive products:

n Priority Mail Express®.

n Priority Mail®.

n First-Class Package Service — Retail.

n First-Class Package Service®.

n Parcel Select®.

n USPS Retail Ground®.

n Extra Services.

n Return Services.

n Mailer Services.

n Recipient Services.

This article provides new prices for the competitive products shown in the previous list that were established by the Governors of the United States Postal Service®. New prices are available on the Postal Explorer® website at pe.usps.com.

There are no product changes scheduled for competitive products in the January 21, 2018, competitive price change.

Zone Charts Revision: Priority Mail to APO/FPO/DPO Processing at Chicago International Service Center

The Postal Service will revise all zone charts to reflect that only the Chicago International Service Center (ISC) will process Priority Mail to APO/FPO/DPO destinations.
