Effective January 18, 2018, the Postal Service™ issued new Management Instruction (MI) EL-380-2017-7, Procedures for Proposed Adverse Actions Against EAS Levels 18 and Above, Technical and Management Pay Bands, and PCES 01 Executives, to replace MI EL-380-2006-2, Procedures for Proposed Adverse Actions Against EAS Levels 18 and Above and PCES 01 Executives.
MI EL-380-2017-7 now includes technical and management pay bands, and revisions to section 2, Initial Assessment and Draft, and section 3, Legal Counsel Review and Recommendations.
