Effective June 7, 2018, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect a change to the Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan.
As a result of a formal request made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 43, dated April 2, 2018, Kazakhstan is providing a new observation about correct addressing for items sent with Registered Mail® service.
