Effective July 5, 2018, the Postal Service™ is revising Handbook AS-709, Credit Card Policies and Procedures for Local Buying, to change the existing Helpdesk.pssc.eastern @usps.gov email address to PurchasingSupport@usps.gov in the following sections:
n 1-16, Deviations;
n 4-1.2.1, Purchase Card and Purchase Card Checks;
n 5-2.5, Other Bank Provider Management Reports; and
n 5-4.3.2, Allegation of Intentional Cardholder Misuse/Fraud.
The June 2018 version of Handbook AS-709 is available on PolicyNet at blue.usps.gov/cpim/.
