Effective July 20, 2018, the Postal Service™ will revise Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), section 252.2, to reflect that Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation International service (E-USPS DELCON INTL®) is available to an additional country — Chile.
