Effective August 2, 2018, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®), part 371 and applicable Individual Country Listings (ICLs), to reflect current information for international postal money orders as follows:
a. In part 371, to change the cross-reference to a section in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®). As published in the article titled “DMM Revision: Domestic Mail Manual Simplification” in Postal Bulletin 22480 (11-9-17, page 9), DMM section 503.12.0, Money Orders, was relocated to 509.3.0 effective January 21, 2018. The reference is changing from DMM 503.12 to DMM 509.3 in the following IMM sections:

b. In the applicable ICLs, the fees for international postal money orders are being replaced with cross-references to Notice 123, Price List.
