IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan

Effective December 20, 2018, the Postal Service™ is revising Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to reflect changes to the Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan.

As a result of a formal request made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 129, dated September 17, 2018, Kazpost requires that each Priority Mail Express International® package containing merchandise and/or any article subject to customs duty include one copy of a commercial invoice. Kazpost requires the commercial invoice to avoid processing delays.
