5-Gallon Bottled Drinking Water Service

The new Nestle eBuy2 catalog for 5-gallon bottled drinking water service is now available. Sites currently receiving service from Nestle must complete a new eBuy2 requisition to fund service for the remainder of Fiscal Year (FY) 2019. Use the following guidelines to place an order:

n Sites that began new service from Nestle in December 2018 using the Nestle order request form must complete an eBuy2 requisition for 10 months of quantity to cover FY 2019.

n Sites with existing service that did not have a valid eBuy2 purchase order to fund their purchase through December 30, 2018, must complete an eBuy2 requisition for 12 months of quantity to cover FY 2019.

n Sites with existing service that had a valid eBuy2 purchase order to fund their purchase through December 30, 2018, must complete an eBuy2 requisition for 9 months of quantity to cover FY 2019.

Sites requesting new service must confirm service through Nestle by calling 800-950-9907 or sending an email to RREnterpriseSupport@waters.nestle.com. Be sure to provide your “ship to” address and ZIP Code™ before completing the eBuy2 requisition to begin service.
