IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Belarus

Effective March 14, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Belarus in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Belarus is implementing new limits on the duty-free import of goods addressed to a private individual.

This revision is based on a formal request that RUE Belpochta made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 12, dated January 28, 2019.
