IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan

Effective March 14, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Kazakhstan in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Kazakhstan is implementing new limits on the duty-free import of goods addressed to a private individual.

This revision is based on a formal request that Kazpost made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 186, dated December 10, 2018.
