Effective November 30, 2018, the Postal Service™ revised chapters 5 and 7 of the Postal Operations Manual (POM) to update policies and procedures related to mail transportation and postal vehicle safety. The revision includes changes due to the implementation of two Step 4 grievance settlements.
The revised POM is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives.”
n Click Manuals.
