IMM Revision: Individual Country Listing for Russia

Effective April 11, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Russia in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Russia is implementing new limits on the duty-free import of goods addressed to a private individual.

This revision is based on a formal request that Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 170, dated November 26, 2018.
