Effective April 25, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Vietnam in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Vietnam is updating its listing of prohibited items to include electric stun guns and knives, as well as narcotics and psychotropic substances.
These revisions are based on a formal request that VNPost made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 42, dated March 18, 2019.
