Effective June 20, 2019, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Venezuela in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that Venezuela is prohibiting certain valuable articles.
These revisions are based on a formal request that Instituto Postal Telegráfico de Venezuela (IPOSTEL) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 65, dated April 22, 2019.
