IMM Correction: First-Class Mail International Flats Weight Limit

The article titled “IMM Revision: First-Class Mail International Flats Weight Limit” in Postal Bulletin 22520 (5-23-19, pages 7–9) noted classification changes that implemented a lower maximum weight limit on First-Class Mail International® (FCMI) large envelopes (flats) to bring them closer to compliance with standards established by the Universal Postal Union. However, that article inadvertently omitted the necessary revisions to the FCMI weight tables in the Individual Country Listings. Consequently, this article revises the Individual Country Listing for each country that offers FCMI flats.
