FY 2020 CyberSafe Training Now Available for Contractors

Protecting employee, customer, and supplier data is a priority for the United States Postal Service®. By taking these courses, USPS® contractors learn how to safeguard critical data and prevent cyber threats to the Postal Service.™

Three required CyberSafe Training courses are now available for USPS contractors:

n CyberSafe Fundamentals, Part I and Part II. Provides the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to adhere to cybersecurity practices and policy for the protection of USPS electronic data.

n CyberSafe 201: Data Protection. Provides best practices for handling sensitive and sensitive-enhanced information to keep USPS electronic data secure.

The deadline for course completion is January 7, 2020.

Contractors who do not meet the January 7 deadline will be subject to limited ACE system access until all courses are completed. These courses were designed for all Postal Service employees and contractors as part of a mandatory, annual training program to protect USPS data.

Log into HERO to complete each course (usps.csod.com/LMS/catalog/Welcome.aspx).
