Business Connect Kit: Providing Inspiration and Opportunity

Starting February 3, 2020, the Q2 Business Connect® Kit will be mailed to Postal Service™ Executive and Administrative Schedule Field Customer Service employees in a Priority Mail® envelope with an identifying Business Connect address label.

Business Connect flyer

The Q2 Business Connect Kit was designed to provide postmasters, managers, and supervisors in Customer Service with strategies to grow our shipping segment in the small or lightweight packages arena, along with suggestions on how to increase revenue for both domestic and international lightweight options.

To engage new customers and help identify potential shipping businesses, the Q2 Business Connect Kit includes the following collateral:

n Business Connect folder with welcome letter;

n Business Connect guide: What, Why, Who, How — Everything you need to know to make the most of the Business Connect program;

n Business Connect activity guide: Small business is a big opportunity for USPS;

n Quick Reference card: Opportunities are everywhere; and

n A Click-N-Ship® leave-behind tear pad.

For questions about the Business Connect Kit, contact your local district business development specialist or email the Small Business team at SmallBiz@usps.gov.
