Effective June 29, 2020, the Postal Service™ reissued and posted its Memorandum of Policy (MOP) HR-06-29-2020-2, Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment (see blue.usps.gov/cpim/ftp/policy/hr/hr0629202.pdf).
MOP HR-06-29-2020-2 must be posted prominently in the following locations:
n All personnel offices;
n Equal Employment Opportunity offices;
n On the agency’s internal website; and
n Throughout the workplace.
This policy reaffirms the commitment of the Postal Service to provide a work environment free of harassment and supersedes MOP HR-03-26-2020-2.
The reissued Postal Service’s Policy on Workplace Harassment is available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column under “Essential Links,” click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives.”
n Click Memorandums of Policy.
n Click Human Resources.
