Effective September 1, 2020, the Postal Service™ revised Handbook AS-701, Asset Management, by updating Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 to align with new processes and policy for managing USPS® assets with the implementation of Solution for Enterprise Asset Management (SEAM) Personal Property.
The revised version of Handbook AS-701 is now available on the Postal Service PolicyNet website:
n Go to blue.usps.gov.
n In the left-hand column, click Essential Links, and then click PolicyNet.
n Go to the right-hand side under “Published Forms and Directives.”
n Click Handbooks.
