Revised PACT Act Field Information Kit is Now Available

Effective October 21, 2021, the Postal Service™ revised the USPS^® PACT Act Field Information Kit to include new federal statutory restrictions on mailing electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), and their liquids, parts, components, and accessories, within the scope of the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act of 2009.

This incorporation resulted from the Prevent Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act (POSECCA) enactment.

The PACT Act Field Information Kit also provides information on mailing cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. The kit includes:

n Acceptance and Delivery service talks.

n A Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section.

n A PACT Act Job Aid.
