Effective November 18, 2021, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Ukraine in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note a request to include the 5-digit postcode in the delivery address for items destined to Ukraine.
This revision is based on a formal request that Ukrposhta (the designated operator of Ukraine) made through the Universal Postal Union via International Bureau Circular 61, dated April 19, 2021, and through further email confirmation dated September 30, 2021.
