Business Connect Kits Help Drive Customer Engagement

The 2022 Direct Mail Business Connect® kit was mailed to postmasters and managers the week of February 4, 2022. The Business Connect kit supports postmasters and managers in Customer Services by providing instruction on how to have the right conversation with potential customers and how to document these activities in the Business Connect Portal.

Postmasters and managers should familiarize themselves with the enclosed materials and use these tools to engage with potential customers about Direct Mail and Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM®). This kit was designed to help postmasters and managers build new business relationships and strengthen existing relationships in their communities.

The Business Connect kit offers these materials to support offices in their outreach activities:

n Business Connect Guide. This guide provides everything you need to make a big impact on small businesses in your community. Show your customers how to grow their businesses and reach new customers with mail.
