CyberSafe Training for Employees and Contractors

It’s time for USPS® employees to do their part to protect critical Postal Service™ data by completing mandatory, annual CyberSafe training. All training must be completed by April 11, 2022.

Threats to digital information are growing in frequency and sophistication worldwide. Protecting USPS employee, customer, and supplier data from these threats is a priority for the Postal Service. Everyone has a role to play in protecting this data.

Access CyberSafe courses on HERO at usps.csod.com/LMS/catalog/Welcome.aspx. These courses teach employees and contractors how to protect critical information from cyber threats:

n CyberSafe Fundamentals: Provides the necessary skills and knowledge to follow USPS cybersecurity policy to protect electronic information.

n CyberSafe Fundamentals for Applying Data Security: Provides the necessary skills and knowledge to follow USPS cybersecurity policy to protect electronic information, as well as best practices for keeping sensitive and sensitive-enhanced information secure.

Employees and contractors who do not finish their training courses by April 11, 2022, are subject to limited ACE system access until all courses are completed.
