n Calling the Enterprise Service Center — VIP Information at 1-844-855-4596, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST; or

n Sending an email to enterpriseVIP@waters.nestle.com or through readyrefresh.com to check service coverage by delivery location ZIP Code™.

Note: If a site is not serviceable, a pop-up message will appear that indicates “Delivery to this area is currently unavailable.”
