Effective April 7, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Latvia in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that the value-added tax (VAT) exemption is abolished.
This revision is based on a consultation with Latvijas Pasts (the designated operator of Latvia) on March 7, 2022.
