Effective May 19, 2022, the Postal Service™ is revising the Individual Country Listing for Estonia in Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMM®) to note that the value-added tax (VAT) exemption is abolished.
This revision is based on a consultation with Estonia Post (the designated operator of Estonia) on April 18, 2022.
