The Postal Service™ encourages all ACE users to set up their password recovery settings in eAccess today. Setting up your questions and responses is quick and easy, and enables you to reset your ACE password without having to call your manager or the Information Technology (IT) Service Desk.
To set up your password recovery settings, follow these steps:
n Log into eAccess with your ACE ID and password.
n Click the “My Profile” tab.
n Click the “Password Recovery Settings” button, then select your questions and responses. Be sure to select responses you will remember.
