Mandatory Ordering Instructions for Bottled Drinking Water Service and Beverages

The United States Postal Service® has a specially negotiated contract agreement with our strategic supply partner, Nestle Waters North America, Inc., for the purchase of bottled drinking water service (BDWS) and beverages. BDWS and beverage-related items include 5-gallon bottled drinking water, dispensers, cups, and other beverage items, such as 16.9 oz bottled drinking water and 1-gallon distilled water.

All Postal Service™ locations that are serviceable by Nestle Waters North America, Inc. must use this mandatory strategic national contract for all BDWS orders.

To place an order, first check if your location is serviceable by calling the Enterprise Service Center – VIP Information at 844-855-4596, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. EST.

Compliance and use of this specially negotiated contract agreement support the Supply Management guidelines, USPS Supplying Principles and Practices, at blue.usps.gov/policy, as well as USPS® Transformation Plan 2006–2010 objectives.
