Effective close-of-business September 30, 2022, all Post Offices, stations, branches, postal stores, vending outlets, and authorized philatelic centers must:
n Completely withdraw the stamp stock items listed in the table and their related vending and store-prepared stamp items from sale; and
n Prepare the items for destruction.
Submit items to destruction sites only during your return cycle according to local established procedures given in Handbook F-101, Field Accounting Procedures, subchapter 11-6, “Returning Stock to the Stamp Distribution Office or Stamp Distribution Center.”
Do not permit sales of the stamp stock items and their related vending and store-prepared stamp items listed in the table at retail counters and outlets after September 30, 2022.
On September 30, 2022, the Stamp Collecting Inverted Jenny stamp must be withdrawn from sale in the field. Return all Stamp Collecting Inverted Jenny stamps to Stamp Fulfillment Services (SFS).
Note: The Stamp Collecting Inverted Jenny stamp will remain on sale at SFS.
