The Annual Capital Property Review takes place March 6–31, 2023. If you are the Material Accountability Officer (MAO) or responsible for conducting the Annual Capital Property Review and you need training or guidance, please contact your supporting Asset Accountability Service Center at blue.usps.gov/purchase/assetmgnt/am_aasc_home.htm.
The MAO training course is also available on the HERO website (see course #2021SUPM4590SS01). This course provides basic instructions on how to track, transfer, and dispose of equipment, and offers guidance on completing the Annual Capital Property Review.
