IMpb ACS allows parcel mailers that print the Intelligent Mail package barcode to receive an electronic address correction using the MID embedded in that barcode. Service requests must be registered in the ACS mailer profile retained and managed by the ACS Department at the National Customer Support Center in Memphis, TN. A customer might require additional MIDs if mailing multiple services and/or using multiple endorsements.
Shipper Paid Forwarding/Return (SPF/R) service is available for IMpb ACS parcels.
