5-3.4 Multiple Appointments and Same Vehicle and Destination

If a vehicle arrives and contains mailings with multiple appointments for the same destination entry office, the Appointment ID provided by the driver (which is the same Appointment ID as the one printed on the top of PS Form 8125) becomes the confirmation number of record. All other Appointment IDs are considered invalid and are finalized as a no show.
