Periodicals drop shipments arriving within 30 minutes of their scheduled appointment time and with no load irregularities will be unloaded as expeditiously as possible, and no later than the timeframes listed in Exhibit 6–3.2.

Drop Shipments Timeframes for Periodicals
Unload times for on-time appointments are calculated from the scheduled appointment time or once the vehicle is docked, whichever is first. Unload times for early arrivals are calculated from the unload start time or the scheduled appointment time, whichever is first. Unload times for late arrivals are calculated from the unload start time. Late-arriving Periodicals drop shipments will be unloaded as soon as possible after Periodicals appointments arriving on schedule or early. Late-arriving Periodicals drop shipments should be placed in queue behind other Periodicals shipments, but not behind Standard or Package Services shipments.
